My Background

I'm Agnes Marciniec. Over the past 10+ years, I've worked across HR consulting, retail, building services, and energy sectors in both Canada and Poland. My work has centered on helping organizations strengthen culture, improve performance, and align people strategy with business objectives.

In my current role as a Human Resources Consultant, I operate at a strategic HR leadership level within complex and high-stakes environments. I advise executives and people leaders on workforce planning, organizational change, employee relations, and HR governance while supporting organizations across multiple industries.

My approach is pragmatic and hands-on. I translate business needs into effective people initiatives, coach leaders through performance and engagement challenges, and support the development of strong, capable HR practices.
