My career has been shaped by hands-on HR leadership — from building the HR function at growing companies to managing employee relations, compliance, and talent strategy for 250–300+ employee workforces across multiple provinces.
I've led HR teams, partnered with C-suite executives, and navigated everything from union collective agreements to high-growth scaling challenges. Most recently, I've expanded my expertise by advising 40+ organizations across Canada as a strategic HR partner, gaining deep exposure to the technology, energy, and professional services sectors. This experience has sharpened my ability to diagnose organizational challenges quickly, implement practical solutions, and drive measurable results.
